Ses choux \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me y sont comme des coqs en p\u00e2te, version sucr\u00e9e comme sal\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">UNE NOUVELLE BOUTIQUE COURS SEXTIUS<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9ducateur \u00ab\u00a0environnement marin\u00a0\u00bb de profession, Lo\u00efc Derbay, p\u00e2tissier de formation, a fait le pari fou de se lancer dans la cr\u00e9ation de choux haut de gamme. En 2014, il ouvre une boutique rue Cardinale dans la belle ville d\u2019Aix. Fort de son succ\u00e8s, il d\u00e9cide de s\u2019agrandir afin de coupler sa boutique et son atelier de production en un m\u00eame lieu. Il trouve son bonheur sur le <strong>cours Sextius<\/strong>, et ouvre sa nouvelle boutique le 29 septembre.<\/p>\n<p>Cosy et simple, \u00e0 son image, cette boutique n\u2019est pas un simple espace de vente, les gourmands peuvent d\u00e9sormais s\u2019y restaurer avec des choux de toutes sortes\u00a0: <strong>choux chauds<\/strong>, <strong>choux sal\u00e9s<\/strong>, <strong>choux sucr\u00e9s<\/strong>, <strong>chou XL<\/strong>, <strong>chou baba<\/strong>, <strong>chou tarte-tatin<\/strong>\u2026 Il y en a pour tous les go\u00fbts\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">LE CHOU EN MAJEST\u00c9<\/h2>\n<p>En v\u00e9ritable \u00e9g\u00e9rie, le chou est ici mis en majest\u00e9 et d\u00e9clin\u00e9 dans tous ses \u00e9tats. Ce sont <strong>dix \u00e0 douze vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de choux sucr\u00e9s<\/strong> qui vous seront propos\u00e9es, vous trouverez des <strong>cr\u00e9ations originales<\/strong> comme le chou calisson, le chou chocolot noir, le chou caramel, le chou caf\u00e9, le chou vanille de la R\u00e9union, le chou lavande\u2026 <strong>Les choux sal\u00e9s<\/strong> ne sont pas en reste, puisque vous en trouverez de <strong>six sortes<\/strong>, le chou saumon, le chou volaille fa\u00e7on tajine, le chou brousse-copa, le chou magret fum\u00e9-noix\u2026<\/p>\n<p>La carte ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0 car Lo\u00efc a plus d\u2019un tour dans sa toque, et en plus de vous pr\u00e9parer de savoureuses <strong>chouquettes<\/strong>, <strong>cakes<\/strong> en tout genre, <strong>tartes de l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> et<strong> petites ou grandes salades<\/strong>, il saura vous prendre par les sentiments avec de d\u00e9licieuses <strong>meringues maison<\/strong> \u00e0 la rose, \u00e0 l\u2019amande, au citron ou bien nature \u00e0 4\u20ac le paquet.<\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e2te \u00e0 choux est faite maison selon la recette de <strong>Franck Martinez<\/strong>, mentor et salari\u00e9 de Lo\u00efc.
